The DPDP Rules are phasing in through 2026 and 2027. Most organisations are working towards full operational compliance by May 2027.

What this means for you

Home / Trust centre / Our commitments

We would rather publish standards than borrow credibility.

We are a young practice without a wall of client logos. Instead of implying scale we do not have, we publish what we commit to, with times attached, so you can hold us to something specific.

Last updated 4 October 2026

1 working day

To answer an enquiry and to put a call time in front of you.

No charge

The first call costs nothing, and there is no small print on that.

3 working days

From that call to a written scope with a fixed fee against it.

24 hours

To tell you about a security incident on our side of the engagement.

Before you are a client

What you can expect while you are still deciding

Most of what goes wrong in a consulting relationship goes wrong before the engagement starts. Slow replies, a vague proposal, a free call that turns into a sales sequence. Each line here has a time against it and a route to take if we miss it.

During an engagement

What you can expect once the work is running

Compliance work drifts in two directions. The scope quietly grows, or a date passes without anyone mentioning it. These five lines close both routes, and they sit in the engagement letter rather than only on this page.

Against our own interest

What we commit to tell you, even when it costs us work

Three situations where the honest answer shortens the engagement or ends it. We would rather lose the fee than keep a client who later works out we sold them something they did not need.

If a step does not apply to you

It comes out of the scope and off the fee. We would rather deliver four steps that matter than eight that look thorough.

If your existing tools are sufficient

We will say so and you will spend nothing more. The tool selection note exists as much to say no as to say yes.

If we got something wrong

We will correct it at our cost and tell you what changed, rather than quietly reissuing the document.

Independence and confidentiality

We are paid by you, and only by you

We accept no referral fees, commissions, reseller margins or any other payment from any platform, tool or service we recommend. Our only income from an engagement is the fee you pay us. If that ever changes, this page changes first and we will tell existing clients directly.

Nothing from an engagement appears in our marketing without your written agreement. We publish no client names, no logos and no identifying case studies by default. This is also why this site carries no testimonials. We would rather have an empty wall than a client who felt obliged.

Accountability

How to hold us to this

These commitments go into the engagement letter, which makes them contractual rather than aspirational. A published standard that lives only on a website is a marketing line, and we are trying to avoid writing those.

If we fall short, write to us or use the grievance route. We will answer in writing.

One address for all of it. Write to contact@asveera.in whether the issue is a missed reply, a scope question or a complaint. It reaches a person, not a queue.
