Home / Request an assessment
Thirty minutes, no obligation, and you will know where you stand.
Tell us what your business is and we will come back within one working day to set a time for a call. We will scope out data protection compliance for your business, and the call itself costs nothing.
Three steps, and none of them commit you to anything.
We reply within one working day
You receive a proposed time and a short agenda listing the systems we would like to discuss, so you can pull up anything you need beforehand.
We walk through your position
Thirty minutes covering the tools you run on, the personal data you hold and where it came from. We flag the gaps that carry the most exposure. You keep that whether or not you hire us.
You receive a written scope
Which steps apply to your business, what each produces, what we need from your team, the timeline and the fixed fee. A document you can take to your board or partners.
Questions people ask at this stage.
Yes. There is no fee and no obligation for the introductory call or the written scope that follows it. We would rather spend thirty minutes establishing that we are a poor fit than start an engagement that neither side wanted.
It usually is. A common outcome is that a business needs two or three of the steps rather than the full sequence, and knowing that is worth having. We will tell you if we think you can handle something internally.
Yes. Every step runs on its own as well as in sequence. If you have already mapped where personal data sits, we start by checking that map rather than rebuilding it, then pick up only what is left, whether that is the notices, the vendor contracts, the retention position or a breach plan. If the existing work needs correcting before the rest can stand on it, we will say so on the first call rather than quietly redoing it and billing you for the whole thing.
Write to us directly and say so in the subject line. An incident changes the order of the work: containment and record keeping come first, and the broader assessment follows once the immediate position is stable.
